Where are orders shipped from?

All orders are shipped from Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. If you are non-Indonesia customer, you are welcome to inquire us in FOB Jakarta, Surabaya (East Java), or Denpasar (Bali).

Do I have to pay customs duty?

For non-Indonesia customers, import duty and taxes may apply when importing goods. These charges will be collected by local customs authority where you ship our goods to and are not included in the checkout. Please consult with customs in your country to know more about this matter as it is different for each country.

What returns do you accept?

We accept returns of products purchased directly on Klandizie website with a proven invoice. If you purchased your product from other platforms, please return it in accordance with applicable regulations within the platform.

My product has a manufacturing defect/quantity shortage, what should I do?

We do our best to make sure each item is perfect and count thoroughly, but occasionally there can be a glitch. If you have a quality problem or for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase made on Klandizie (though it rarely happens!), we are here to help you! Please include a photo and send us an unboxing video through email info@klandizie.com.

What is your return policy?

We give you 7 days warranty from the date you received the goods to file a complaint and decide if you would like to return the goods. Due to most of our products are hygiene-related, some products could not be returned if it has been used. Please drop us a message here so we can help you out with your problems.

If you later decide to return the goods, make sure to enclose a copy of the original invoice and also please select a reliable shipping method that provides you with a tracking number and delivery confirmation. If the return packages are lost/damaged during shipping, sorry we are not responsible for that.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 7 days.

  • The goods are in the original packaging.

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

Please get in touch with us first in writing to info@klandizie.com, so we can inform you about the return details to you.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
